Hello,
Recently when I go on to the Sky Sports video website to watch videos, it has been appearing in a grey screen.
I have downloaded Adobe Flash Player 9 (latest version) but still no luck. Sky Sports online videos use the Brightcove video player and I have tried to watch a video from Brightcove which has worked and played fine.
I have tried Internet Exporer 7, Firefox, Safari and both come up with the error
"Problems with this webpage might prevent it from being displayed properly or fuctioning properly"
Error: Syntax Error
I have made sure the Adobe Flash Player 9 works properly by watching a video on Youtube. As I said I can watch the brightcove videos but Sky Sports seems to have an error. Maybe this is a Sky Sports error, I have contacted the webmaster.
The Requirements for the video to play properly are
Windows 2000 or XP
* 768Kbps or higher broadband connection (test your bandwidth)
1GHz or faster Intel Pentium III processor
256MB of RAM
Minimum 1GB of free hard drive space
Flash Player 7 or higher (some players require Flash Player 8)
Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox 1.5 or higher
Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later
768Kbps or higher broadband connection (test your bandwidth)
1GHz or faster G4, G5, or Intel Processor
256MB of RAM
Minimum 1GB of free hard drive space
Safari 1.3 (Mac OS X 10.3.9), Safari 2.0.4 or higher (Mac OS X 10.4.7 or * Flash Player 8 or higher
I have checked these requirements, and I have the all.
