I looking for a software patch, W2kMClnt.exe for my modem to allow modem sharing... over my network at home. I cannont locate it can anyone help?

Well how do I locate it if it's supposed to be built in? I was told I had to get a software patch W2kMClnt.exe for my modem to allow modem sharing.
