im currently using thermaltake big water 735 watercooling for my overclocking... im using a evga 680ilt mb also. i can get 3.2ghz at stock voltages stable running orthos prime 95 over 8 hours no problem... but i just really want to get 3.4 and ill be happy...but here comes the problems.. i upped the vcore to about 1.45 which is more than enough regarding to some people ocing e6600 to 3.4 with air cooling but i cant even pass prime95 for anymore than 3 mins... my idle temps are about 28c each core and 32c via bios. i can post and get into windows but i cannot pass prime95...my memory timings are 4-4-4-12 800mhz mem voltage is 2.1v, using corsair twin2x2040-6400c4. and cpu fsb volt is 1.4. Any suggestions? i really want to get a stable 3.4 oh yeah im running on vista -_-

I don't have the same board as you but what is your Northbridge (MCH) voltage at? Had to up mine to 1.65 to be stable as the FSB went up.

well i dont want to push the voltage that high.. besides do u think if i oc the fsb and lower the mulitplier will give me more stable results?
