i don't know if this is the right place to post this, so i apologize if im in the wrong forum.
i am very interested in making an iPhone app, i just need a lot of help because honestly, i have no idea where to start.
i am a good learner i just need help getting started, my main reason for making apps is that i need money for college.
here are a couple of my questions:
-do i need a mac?
-whats the best software?(easiest for a beginner)
-do you guys have any experiences that you would like to share?
-any tips on how to get started?
thanks in advance i appreciate everybody for at least taking the time to read my post.
1. You need a Mac.
2. You use XCode and write the app in Objective-C.
3. There's a very good course on iPhone/iPad programming from Stanford University on iTunes University. Highly recommended.
4. Note that to get the app onto an iPhone you need to me a registered Apple developer, which costs $99 per year. You can test apps in an emulator (supplied with XCode) for free.
