Buying Computer Tomorrow (Last Minute Critiques)

So I'm planning on ordering my new computer tomorrow if anyone has any critiques I definitely am open to any suggestions but have taken a while to pick out these parts and am pretty happy with what I have got. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Get the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3. Why buy a 965? PS is tier 3, but I can see you are on a budget.

looks good , but i agree , get a P35 board instead , if u want only ddr2 , then P35 DS3R is good , if u want to have both DDR2 and DDR3 , then get ASUS P5KC

I will go with 800 DDR2, why the 667?
Also go with a Sony NEC Optical, the Liton 20X is no good.
Great choice on the CPU.
