How fast is everyones internet connection?

All I know is that when I'm downloading stuff its at 4MB's a second, last speed test was between 15-20 megs down and upload aways 1.2meg.

Here in Australia, ADSL costs a fortune -.- My connection is currently: 256kb up/64kb down ($60/month)...

The uni only offers 200mb limit (which is monitored for illegal use such as hotmail), so it's pointless to try and access their network.

i think the slowest internet connection is for me , my download speed is only 16KB/S (and i am paying ~ $30USD for it !!!!!! , internet connection is very expensive in iran , for example 1MB internet is $484 dollars per month!!!!!!!!!!!!)
