alright, i'm cannibalizing some parts from my old computer to temporarily lower the costs on picking up a new htpc; anyway, here is what i have so far, if you guys see anything, i'm not that used to making htpcs, but i want it to be cool and quiet, so any help, i'll be grateful

Case: Antec M-atx case; this is the one i'm least sure about, want something quiet, and thin - any suggestions?

also, from what i could tell, the nVidia 7050 is top of the line for integrated graphics chipsets; what with the high def output and all

but i am not sure, is there a better integrated chipset to go with?

For the motherboard if you are going with the AMD dual core you might as well pick up an AMD 690G board like the MSI K9AGM2-FIH or the GIGABYTE GA-MA69GM-S2H (the MSI is a few bucks cheaper, but the Gigabyte has DVI output) Both have HDMI out with HDCP, which is part of the chipset. Yes, a lot of new HDTV's include DVI or VGA inputs. You'll want a tuner with onboard hardware acceleration, which some of the cheaper ones don't have, and it should be digital otherwise you would need a converter for an analog tuner. You should also check to see if your tv will plug right into the card or if you need to go through a cable box.

My only suggestion would be a silverstone LC16M case they arent that slim however, have ful ATX board support. Just watch with the length of the video card in them
