I am getting the same core temp when I have the speed controller turned low or high. The fan is facing the right direction so i'm a little puzzled on what is wrong here. Any suggestion on what I should look for?

What direction is it? Blowing onto the back or front? What's the case cooling?

Antec P180B, it's blowing toward the rear output fan.
