Try to remove the Bluetooth stick, restart computer, install it again and see what would happen.
Try changing the Bluetooth device from current USB port and have a check.

Check with device manager for Driver errors! (Yellow exclamation marks!)
If you see some, download & install the drivers for your in-built bluetooth adepter & try again!

Try running Windows update to see if it says there are any drivers for the bluetooth to install.

What brand is the computer? Check on the manufacturers website for the drivers.
