NTLDR Missing

Hello all I just installed a ZOTAC GEforce6100 motherboard as my other board was bad. I am now not able to access the internet or add remove firefox from my programs. Any thoughts? as I press F2 i get the following

Building DMI pool....................................

NTLDR is missing

what does this mean?
