COMPUTER STOPS LOADING

Hello,
I HAVE A PACKARD BELL DESK TOP PC FOR OVER A YEAR THE COMPUTER STARTS UP THEN STOPS JUST AFTER THE XP SCREEN COMES UP THE RED LIGHT THAT BLINKS ON THE START BUTTON GOES OUT AND THERE IS ONLY A BLACK SCREEN SHOWING THEN AFTER ABOUT A MINUTE THE RED LIGHT BEGINS TO FLASH THEN THE COMPUTER STARTS GOING AGAIN THEN THE PACKARD BELL SCREEN COMES UP AND IT CONTINUES TO LOAD THEN IT IS OKAY. I HAVE HAD SOME ONE HERE AND THEY HAVE PUT IT BACK TO THE FACTORY SETTING BUT YESTERDAY FOR THE FIRST TIME IT STOPPED LOADING AGAIN. CAN ANY ONE PLEASE HELP ME I AM DISABLED AND THE COMPUTER IS THE ONLY LINK TO OUT SIDE WORLD I DO NOT WANT IT TO STOP WORKING. THANK YOU

IT IS ME AGAIN I AM SORRY BUT I FOR GOT TO ASK ABOUT MY KEY BOARD IT IS A WIRELESS KEY BOARD AND THE CAPS LOCK KEY USED TO BLEEP WHEN YOU CHANGED TO UPPER CASE LETTERS BUT IT DOES NOT BLEEP NOW CAN ANY BODY HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM AS WELL. THANK YOU
