Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 and Scythe Mine Rev-B cooler

hi all

i have just ordered Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 with Scythe Mine Rev-B (http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/cpu/025/scmn1100.html) on an ASUS P5K AiLifestyle Series iP35 Socket 775 mobo.
bit unsure if the cooler fits on this chip. can anyone help me out plz
have asked for shipping for tomorrow so i better cancel quick if incorrect

#1 - Why did you buy something when you are not even sure it would be compatible?

#2 - Yes, it is compatible with socket 775 motherboards.

Just installed mine last week. 50c on C2D E640 @ 3.0 load w/o the fan
