When attempting to secure the individual heatsinks save yourself frustration and use thermal adhesive.

Arctic Silver makes 2 different thermal adhesives;
Arctic Silver & Arctic Alumina,
the Silver is electrically conductive and the Alumina is not.

Both of them are permanent adhesives so don't use it on your CPU or GPU, just the little heatsinks.

Alot of people have had trouble with the ram heatsinks on the HR-03, although I installed mine without thermal adhesive, works fine no problems.
