2GB vs 1GB

Hello, I was wondering if 2GB modules can overclock as well as the 1GB modules, I found the same 800MHz CL4 Modules at 1GB and 2GB versions. I wanna Pick 4GB,but I don't know which is better, 4x1GB or 2x2GB for a moderate overclocking (up to 900MHz~ or 1000MHz if the FSB is able to reach this speed).
