Group policy
Last response: in Windows XP
when i opened my group policy in windows xp service pack 3, i saw only one option "Windows Components" is available under user-configuration\administrative templates and all others "start menu and task bar", "desktop", "control pannel", "shared folder", "network" and "system" options are not available........ so plzzz help me and tell me how to solve this problem.

right click "administrative Templates" and click add remove templates. you will then have a dialg box with a list of templates. Click Add and this should open the Windows\system32\inf folder and list a number of .ADM files. From the list add in Conf.adm and System.adm. Close the Add/Remove temples box and you should now have the requied options
