E4300 overclocking

I have a Core 2 Duo E4300 with a GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (rev. 1.3) motherboard. I was wondering what i should set my FSB, vcore and all that as to get my cpu up to 2.4. Also what should my mem timing be? My ram is A-DATA 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 5-5-5-18 timing. Thanks for the help.
