Ok this has been plagueing me for months now. Whenever i do anything processor intensive i randomly get a Blue Screen with the code 0x00000124, with no further information, files or drivers flagged. For example i can play any number of games that are exremely graphics intensive, but not cpu intensive, just fine. But throw up Prime95 or try to render something with rendering software, BSOD. The only other information i have is an entry in the event viewer before every BSOD, the entry is below the body of this message.

These are the things i've tried or tested:
CPU temp is normal
GPU temp is normal
Other temps are normal
Video, sound, and other drivers are ALL most recent
C1E Disabled
Speedstep Disabled
Memory passes memtests with no problems
No nvidia firewall installed
32-bit write access to all HDDs is enabled
CPU, motherboard, Video card, sound card, and PSU were all RMA'd (and are thus, relatively new) 11 months ago due to an unrelated issue that was resolved.
vcore tried at auto and locked to 1.2 (stock)

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS P6T Deluxe OC Palm
Processor: Intel Core i7 940 "Bloomfield" C0/C1
Memory: 3x2GB Mushkin DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 6-7-6-18 Redline
Video Card: eVGA GTX280 SSC 1GB
Sound Card: Creative X-Fi Fata1ty Platinum
PSU: CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-1000HX 1000W

I don't know how to proceed at this point, and i don't know what other information to provide, if more information is needed i will be happy to provide it. This is the computer i work from, and am currently unable to render graphics without having this BSOD, so help is greatly appreciated.
