i just bought this leadtek 8600gt kinda lag in joint operataion game that came with the card but command and conquer3 was fine in mid setting so iam thinking of switching back to dx9 7900gt for performance i wonder if this is a good idea or not is it worth it? any suggestion will help thanks.
A 8600GT is comparable with a 7600GT while the 8600GTS is neck and neck with a 7900GS.
So a 7900GT will definetly give u a preformance boost.
A 8600GT is SLI probably wont even get u to 7900GT performance.
or you could go for mousemonkeys suggestion where u can just sell of both the 8600GT and the 7900GT and u got enough cash for even a 8800GTS 640 maybe..
