Making new Gaming PC Advice Requested

I am currently in the process of planning to build a new computer. Other than the 8800gtx and hard drive from my current computer everything else is going to be new. I am highly experienced on how to handle computer hardware and such but just making sure I didn't miss something and that all the parts will work together fine. Heres my current plan:

Read a few things about that motherboard and appears to be some problems on it. Going to keep looking around =P
