Fastest 500GB harddrive available?

Hi guys.

I'm looking for a new harddrive, but I can't find any reviews for 500 GB drives.

Can somebody rekomend a good 500GB HD or give a link to a review?

The best I could find is only 7200 RPM with 32mb cache
