Hello you clever people : ) I have a slight problem here, im struggling to think of a cheap PC for my sister. She will be using the PC mainly to watch videos (mpg, avi, rmvb....) and browse the internet.

So far this is what i am trying to get for her.

CASE : Linkworld 6280-01 Black body/ Silver strip Steel MicroATX Mini tower/ Desktop Computer Case 400W Power Supply - $35

CPU : AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego 2.4GHz Socket 939 Processor Model ADA4000DKA5CF

MOBO : Foxconn 6150BK8MC-KRSHN2 Socket 939 NVIDIA GeForce 6150B(PV) GPU Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

$103 for CPU + Mobo Combo from newegg

RAM : APIDA 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Desktop Memory Model AM10ALNGSP - $40

Monitor : Hanns·G JC-199DPB Black 19" 8ms DVI LCD Monitor - $170

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 B2L-00047 Black USB Ergonomics Keyboard Mouse Included - $22

The total price is $370, and thats without a hdd. Im struggling to keep the price tag down to $300, is there anything that you guys can suggest me?

yes, everything is from newegg... ive looked thru the LCD monitor section, this one is the best bang for the buck, the 17" LCD are around $140 to 160, which is not worth it if you ask me, im willing to pay 10 more dollars for a much bigger monitor.
