Dell gx 270 power button gives orage led when pushed en shut downs

my dell gx 270 gives a orange color led when i'm trying to lit it on
the pc does not go on
who can help me

It usually indicates a problem with the Power Supply Unit (PSU); you may need to replace it.

no its not the psu

and if do not put the psu cable (PLUG WITH TWO YELLOW AND TWO BLACK COLOR CORD) IN THE motherboard, the psu fan stays on,otherwise the problem like i have told
