I know speedfan in the most popular software to monitor all chip temp but I found it hard to use. Is there any free software that is more familiar to use to monitor temp except speedfan?

With speedfan, I can't figure which temp 0, 1 , 2, 3, is for cpu 1, 2 or northbridge, southbridge or hdd or gpu :pt1cable: Thx folks.

Ok, depending on your mobo brand, Gigabyte/ASUS/MSI boards come with a CD that has sensor utility. Use that & note where each temp reading is from. Then uninstall it & use speedfan & right-click each label to rename them.

Why? What's the reason? I have E6320, is it a 'modern' cpu or not?
