Msconfig access denied administrator

Hello, this is what my boot.ini shows if someone can tell me whats wrong I have lost administrator privilege's access msconfig thanks [boot loader] timeout=30 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS [operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

Your boot.ini file looks fine.

That file doesn't control administrator rights. That's in the user account setup.

The msconfig.exe file should be located in your C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries folder. Go to the link below and download the msconfig.exe Windows XP version file and place it in the C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries folder.
