Thanks, so the numbers in the picture are correct? I didn't change any voltage settings, and I have been running like this for a while with no problems.
I just want to make sure, I can just leave it like this right? becuase I don't want to cause any long term damage or anything.
Thanks again

Download and install CPUZ and you can check your memory timings from windows.

http://www.cpuid.com/

Setting the timings will not cause damage to your RAM, board or otherwise. RAM timings could cause the system to fail to post. Your RAM has Mfg. voltage specifications too.

Thanks but I have one more question, do I HAVE to set the voltage? (will it cause any form of damage if I dont?) I don't want to go through the hassle of going into the bios and doing all that stuff.

If your RAM says runs 5-5-4-12 at 2.2 to 2.35 volts, well that's the mfg specs. Apparently you are not experiencing system crashes, blue screens, shutdowns, etc. so your RAM is running at 5-5-4-12 with the RAM voltage at BIOS default.

So it's all right, right? (and no I don't experience bsod or crashes)
Thank you for helping me :D (you see I'm kind of paranoid about not causing any damage to this pc)
