How can I create two different partitions and install Windows xp on both. Have each other separate. I don't want one partition to be on the internet, and the other to be able to access the internet. And to have each OS not to see each other, so viruses can't get on the partition that doesn't access the internet.

I'm not sure whether its possible to have dual boot windows without recognizing the partition of next one .. if you want to hang with only windows use it wits good antivirus & firewall on the os which you are using to connect web..or you can try any one of linux distributions for surfing, its doen't care about windows virus & nowadays they support read & write by default on windows partitions(NTFS)..
ubuntu is famous & opensuse & fedora also good for home users
