Can someone please tell me what "2 x PCI-E x16 (blue @ x16 mode, black @ x4 or x1 mode)" means? Does this mean that on that motherboard there are 2 PCI-E slots that can either work at X16, X4 or X1 mode??? Or is this something different?
Can I,for instance, put my gfx card, which would normally go into a PCI-E X16 slot into this slot??

 

Sorry but I'm a bit ignorent and a bit of a beginner at this.
