I am in serious need of an upgrade but I can't afford to do a bunch of components at once. So I need a Mobo that supports both:
my Pentium D 805 and core 2 duo's.
my PC400 memory and DDR
my AGP (8x) card and PCIe (16x) Cards

Preferably with 4 ram slots and more than one PCIe slot. But I'll take what I can get. And a decent board for overclocking would be nice too.

I know that's asking a lot but can anyone suggest something? THANKS!

I won't be using more than one video card at a time but I want to hold onto my old one until next year.

The Asrock 4Core-DualVSTA is about the only board that fits your needs. It only has 2 DDR ram slots, as the other two are DDR2. It is about the only thing for Pentium Ds available that has PCI-E and AGP though.

Please note that with that board (as with all ASRock S775 hybrid boards), The PCI-Ex16 slot is hard wired to by four. Search Tom's Hardware for "Scaling Analysis" to read up on what you're getting into.
