More Information

I'm going to be adding a PCI to SATA card to an older PC. I need some suggestions for an inexpensive PCI card Mainly I've been told to look for a controller card that will ensure that the cache is written to the HD before dismounts (I'll be dismounting the drive when it's not in use).

I'd appreciate an suggestions from those with experience with such cards.

Thanks
