Ok. I can burn TV shows onto a CD-R disc and watch them on anything, but I can not burn anything onto a DVD+R disc. The CD Writing Wizard just keeps telling me to insert a writable disc into the drive but the DVD+R is in it! Please Help!!

Probably because DVD format is not supported by CD Writing Wizard.

Google 'ImgBurn' for a free DVD burning program.

First please check that what's your drive??
1.CD-writer & reader only
2.CD-writer & DVD reader Combo
3.DVD -RW rom (DVD writer).

You must have a DVD writer in order to write a DVD+R/-R.

Only having DVD writing software won't enable DVD writing in System!You need proper Hardware too!
