hi guys i need a good and cheap psu for the next rig:

Memory
Corsair XMS2 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2-6400) Dual Channel Memory TWIN2X2048-6400C4, 240-Pin, SLI Certified 119$

Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R LGA775 169$

Cpu cooler
Cooler Master Hyper TX 2 CPU Cooler 25$

Case Fan

is this psu good enough or i should buy something better, i low on budget and heard good reviews about this 1 but is this enough (i want in the future to do a small oc max 2.66 mhz)...

Do me a favor please. Get the GA-P35-DS3R instead of GA-P35C-DS3R, then take the $30 you just saved and put it toward a better PSU. The rest looks nice...

Edit: OK, $30 won't be enough, but you get the idea. I'd get a Corsair 620HX.

so the ultra x-finity is not good enough, and u say that ddr3 support in not important at the moment...
i think that the psu u recommend is pretty pricy can u recommend spmething else in the renge of 70-85$?
