More Information

I just built my second system with this motherboard and when I connect a monitor (any monitor) the monitor stays blank or says no signal. Everything else that is connected to the mobo runs. I do not have an OS on this system. I only have the Mobo, RAM, HDD, DVD-RW, CPU and PSU.

Any solutions to what this problem is?
