What memory setup is better for overclocking?

What memory setup would be better if I would be overclocking the memory and the cpu with this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/product/prod [...] 6813128048

One of these:4GB(2x2GB) G.Skill DDR2 800 5-5-5-15 timing 1.8-1.9 voltage

or

Two of these:2GB(2x1GB) G.Skill DDR2 800 4-4-3-5 timing 2.0-2.1 voltage

I don't care for the space to have 8gb later on. By then the standard will be ddr3. Also I would be using Vista x64

The second one is better because CAS 4 in faster than CAS 5 latency. Can you find some RAM to run @CAS 4 with 2GBx2 = 4GB.
