I want to upgrade my brothers computer and to move to pci-e finally. And i have 2 options a socket 775 motherboard with a celeron cpu(just for now until he can afford a core 2 duo) or should i buy a am2 motherboard with a sempron(until he can buy a x2 cpu) he will keep the cpu's at least a couple of months so wich is the better choice.
I've heard that semprons are better then celerons at gaming.
And should i buy a byostar motherboard?

Wait until he's got the money to get what he wants - a couple of months won't hurt and in two months prices will also have moved South.

Seconded. He can get a better CPU later if he doesn't waste part of the budget on the Celeron.

Biostar sometimes makes good products. It could be a good idea, just check reviews for the model you like.
