ASUS P5K3 Deluxe IDE Problem

My ASUS P5K3 Deluxe doesn't enable S.M.A.R.T technology to check my IDE drive temperature, and I don't see any settings in the BIOS to turn it on (Speed Fan only shows 1 of my 2 drives in the S.M.A.R.T tab) My main drive is a WDC WD7500AAKS SATA II and my second drive is a WDC WD80 0JB-00JJ ATA drive. Any ideas on how to enable it?

i have same motherboard, and this was a long weekend for me, i had a sataII and an IDE drive, find out on the hard way....go buy 1 more Sata II and put it, take out the ata u will have only prbs, i did it and now i have no more probs, i can see all the info about my components. This MB doesnt like 2 types of HDD, i dont know why but it doesnt
