Before I say anything, I thank everyone of you kind people for reading this post, and it would be greatly appreciated to have some replies.

I've built a computer with:

GIGABYTE GA-M61PM-S2 Socket AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+(65W) Windsor 2.2GHz Socket AM2 Processor

Rosewill RCX-Z1 Long life ball bearing for over 45,000/hrs CPU Cooler

Kingston 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

LG 18X DVD±R Super-Multi DVD Burner With 12X DVD-RAM Write Black IDE Model GSAH22N

XCLIO 3060BK Black/Silver 0.6 mm SECC Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

CoolerMaster eXtreme Power 600W.

And as I've mentioned above, I can't seem to get the booting screen, to even get an access to the BIOS screen. It's completely blank. I've tried to boot the computer with only the memory, Motherboard, CPU, but it still is a blank screen.

At one point, I've RMA'd the Motherboard, because the first time, the computer would just shut down on it's own within the first five seconds. And upon getting it replaced, and installing, I've managed to get the computer to be running endless. The problem is that there's no beep even with installing the speaker inside, and no beep. I've been browsing through the net, and I've tried things like "Hard" Reset. Never noticed the computer ungrounding.

I then wondered if there was a problem with the monitor, and I've tried three different types of monitors I had at my house. One CRT, and Two LCDs, all different brands. But the answer was no.

Since I had two memory sticks, I decided to use one of each upon booting the computer, but with no avail, I failed to see a booting screen. And because this Motherboard only has a VGA port, I excluded the problem with the monitor completely.

I also noticed that even when I would start the computer, there wouldn't be any sounds regarding loading, nor was there a blinking light that meant that something was being at work on the computer.

The CPU fan and the PSU seems to be working fine, and I have put the PSU on the correct settings just incase that was the problem.

I haven't noticed any leaks on the motherboard, or any bulking on the capacitators.

So plase, anyone. Help me. I need to know how to get this going.

P.S - The company never gave me a jumper.

Sounds like your clueless, but so am I.

The only thing I can think of is to test each component on a working system and find the problem through elimination.
