Besides the Tom's article there are several others that are high on the e2160 as a supreme overclocker delivering great performance for less than $80.

 

But is this the best price/performance combo taking into account overclocking?

If and ONLY IF you run applications that don´t give a damn about the lack of cache E2160 has, then the E2160 sure is a good investment.

I have problem for your solution...
