Blank screen and NO BEEP

I just powered on my PC. All fans are working, GPU fan is working. LED on mobo lights up, but I get no BEEP and no video (just a blank screen) I tried using the monitor in each of the DVI ports and neither worked. Although when I switch from one to another and vice versa, the monitor comes on and says no signal found for a few seconds.. then back to an idle yellow on the monitor.

I've read other threads that said bad PSU or not enough power, but I have a 520W PSU and everything else lights up and spins.. so it can't be that.

Any theories?

Problem resolved.. yet another 1D error with what seems to be one of the worst boards on the market (defective-wise), the 680i SLI. Have to put only 1 dimm in slot 3, and others don't work. I actually wonder what the percentage of defective boards is, because after doing some research as to how many people are having the same problem, the numbers are astounding.

Does anyone know if newegg or evga does a RMA where they send you a new one, and you send the old defective one back after?? I'd even be willing to pay the $220 for the new one as long as it's credited back a few weeks later.
