How to delete stronghold crusader

I am trying to delete this game.My grandson lost the dvd and it is taking up 660 gb on my computer.How do I get rid of this?I have went the add/remove program on my computer and it just wants to do maintenance on the program.I want it completely off my hard drive.Any suggestions. Thank you Lynn
