Hey guys im new to the whole overclocking thing...anyways....i got my E 6600 up to 3.0GHz by increasing the FSB to 1333 and the multiplier to 9. Added on an aftermarket cooler and the CPU floats around 47C but my NB chipset is about 45C which i think is too hot. I dont know if it is or not so thats why I am asking you guys for your input. Thanks in advance!

Well, you don't up the multi cuz it's 9 by default for that cpu. Just up the fsb. Your case needs good active cooling. If you post your specs, we can take a look.
