Read the Ocing core2duo guide sticky, basic things are go into your bios and turn the fsb a little then stability test it. As soon as it bsods or crashes turn it back down a bit then you have stable oc. Graphics card ocing use Rivatuner or ATItool? turn up core and memory til you see weird dots then turn it back down a bit stability test it then voila
That your board? nForce 4 still around? Your cpu is multiplier-unlocked. I'm afraid your ram & cpu cooler may hold you back. Sure the pc can o/c. i.e.
1066 / 4 = 266.5 x 11 = 2931.5 or 2.9ghz
2.9 is your stock speed. You can try any higher multi like:
266.5 x 13 = 3464.5 or 3.5ghz
If it fails to post or boot up anything, up the cpu voltage a notch & try again. Most everything can be at stock in bios. If you up the fsb & it won't work, you can up the nb voltage.
