You need to set the ram voltage to 2.2v and change the speed to 533MHz (DDR1066). Which motherboard do you have?

Not familiar with that bios but it should be fairly easy to find where to change the settings. Just go into every menu until you find them.

Ram voltage should be called 'vDimm'.
