I have found three components I am thinking of buying for the sole purpose of overclocking my CPU.

Motherboard - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/113965/
Memory - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/116755
Heatsink/Fan - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/125308

So I've decided I'd like to overclock my E6400 to about 2.8-3.0 GHz - will these components do the job? Is the ram good enough? I just want to OC my CPU and only my CPU. I don't want to overclock or push the ram at all.
Is the motherboard old or is there a better, more stable version? Gigabyte boards any better?
I'd like your advice, comments and suggestions please. Thanks!
