Looking at Amd black box 5000+ on tiger direct specs say stepping is G1. Is this a tiger error or are there 2 different steppings for the black box 5000?. Thanks Paul

Yup.

If you want to know the difference between G1 & G2, it's just 6% boost on the faster L2 cache in G2 due to lower latency.
