Its all a bit pink

Not sure whats going on really we had a power cut today i have surge protectors when i turned the pc back on photos/desktop and every thing that isnt dead white has picked up a pinkness like the red has been turned up i have gone into the control panel and reset the graphics to factory settings no difference.
Has anyone else had something similar or any ideas? could it be the monitor?
I have fiddled with the settings but anything i do seems to make no diff to the prob.

Its ok its working right again now tryed to put diff monitor on but it needed res turning down so put this one back on to turn down res and its ok.
