I can't find a chart with the old cpu (old cpu too) that consume not much power but the main factor i want is no heat dissipation i dont want to put a fan on the cpu, well maybe one ultra quiet but small, i want to build a file server for backup filei need at least like 600mhz.

533EB Pentium III is a good choice, so is Celeron 600. VIA is a possibility, but it'll likely cost you more money.
