Hello,

I have owned my system now for about 3 months and currently I am not impressed with the current performance it is giving me. I had a fellow coworker build the system for me and I am afraid that the BIOS settings are not set to the proper configuration to open up my system to its full potential. Im not looking to overclock per say just to make sure and adjust my BIOS settings to the proper configuration. Currently I have in this system the following:

EVGA 122-CK-NF68-AR LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6600

EVGA 768-P2-N835-AR GeForce 8800GTX 768MB 384-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model BL2KIT12864AL1005

PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad - Copper EPS12V 750W Continuous @ 40°C (825W Peak) Power Supply

I currently only use this system for EQ2 and all my drivers are up to date. Yet people with weaker systems then mine are easily playing with max graphics or close to it while Im slugging around in Balanced settings.

So my question to all of you is what should my Memory Timings and voltages be at as well as my FSB. Basically what should all my Bios settings be set at so I can have peace of mind. Thank you for your time.

I don't know and I doubt even people who own the exact board would know how to explain to you the procedure for setting up 'basically all your BIOS settings'. I thought it was a great question though. How about default, save and exit.
