Building a new system and just need to pick a motherboard.

I currently have the following:

Case: Antec SuperLanBoy
CPU: E6750
RAM: OCZ Platinum Revision 2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) (OCZ2P800R22GK)
Vid Card: SAPPHIRE 100186L Radeon X1950XT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16
PSU: XION PowerReal XON-600F14T-201 ATX12V 600W Power Supply
HD: Still need to buy - will likely get something at 7200rpm and 16mb buffer

Basically want this for gaming (MOH Airborne and COD4) and standard desktop apps, but have built on a (relative) budget. I've never OC'd before, but would like to get the chip to 3ghz on stock cooling and may want to pump a slight uptick into the memory and vid card.

I'm looking to come in at <150 for the board - preferably an ASUS or Gigabyte. I do not need SLI, onboard wireless or firewire - just need the 1333 bus and support for my RAM (I've heard horror stories with compatibility on the OCZ)...

Thanks for any and all help!

simple, gigabyte p35 ds3r very good board or the p5k. they both are the p35 chiplet and support the 45nm and 1333fsb. you should be able to oc your e6750 to 3.6-3.8ghz or higher on the gigabyte.
