Where can i find benchmarks on external harddrives. I am trying to see if the WDH1U10000N is a good buy for its price.

Hi arods83,

I don't think there are many external hard drive benchmarks around but from the reviews I have read I have heard this is a very good hard drive, especially seeing as no additional power supply is needed which is very rare for a hard drive of this capacity. Its not too expensive either in comparison to hard drive that need a power supply
