Yes u need a good PSU for that and the finest UPS to protect it like ablerex (search in the web) or any with line interactive feature.

Plus a good cooling (liquid type) for the procie. (additional performance gain)
HDD cooler also for your HDD. it adds up performance when it is cooler, remember the resistance theory. (The more heat the more resistance, the more slower)

First of all, if you stick to XP you won't be able to see more than 4GB of ram (Most likely around 2.5-3GB to be more precise) unless you have XP 64-bit. Also, the P190 is a fine case, however it's so expensive it's not worth considering and with it's neo-link PSU setup, its just asking for more problems than solutions.

Unless you use very RAM intensive apps, I don't see the need of 8GB (4GB is a lot at this point), and I don't see the need of a Raptor X. If you REALLY REALLY need the Raptor speed, then save yourself some money and get the regular Raptor, the only difference is that the Raptor X is more expensive and has a see-through window, while the raptor looks like a normal HDD and is cheaper.

I'm assuming you are going for a SLI setup (At least on the foreseeable future) so get this board instead:

XFX 680I LT edition SLI Intel Socket 775 Nvidia motherboard ATX

http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/126437

Also remember to get Vista 64 Home Premium.

Antec Nine Hundred - Gaming Case with 200mm Top Fan - No PSU

http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/118268

Antec TruePower Quattro 1000W PSU

http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/129283

OR

Antec TruePower Quattro 850W Modular PSU - 2x 8pin PCI-E, 2x 6pin PCI-E, 4x 12V Rails 80PLUS Energy Efficiency

http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/129282/product_info

(Both should be more than capable of powering a dual card setup with 2x GTX)

Other than that, well, Im not a fan of X-Fi cards (Don't think they are really that useful), but if you think you need it, then get it. But if you hesitate even for a moment of getting it, then drop it. That's my advice on it.

EDIT: Here's some cheaper (And in my opinion better) ram aswell:

Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 PC2-6400C5 TwinX (2x2GB)

Dude, I'm a raptor kinda guy but the dude above was right, dont' bother with the X. It isn't just the premium for the looks that sucks, it runs about 5-10C hotter because of the window. Get the regular raptor 150. If price is an issue then you could always raid 0 two normal drives and get way more primary storage plus raptor speed. Although you could always raid 0 two raptor 150s. That would be hot.

If I were you I would think about a pcpowerandcooling PSU silencer 750. It is pushing a single 12v rail with 60 amps which is nice. Has about 83% efficiency and if you look around it can be had for 165 ish. Try zipzoom fly and get the copper one. Anyhow, I would not go for multi rails or modular. You want hardwired the traditional way because of possible signal loss overtime. Check out pcpowerandcooling website and readup on powersupplies. I really believe that they have the right idea based on the problems with my dual rail ultra psu which doesn't have enough amps for my system because of the cpu not using all of the amperage on the rail and that rail not being able to givce the rest available to the other rail to power the x1900xt.

Personally I would go hd2900xt 1 gig edition. I had read problems with nvidia and dx10 although I'm sure they resolved it now. However, I believe that it will surpass gtx with a few more driver updates. Good luck and build looks nice so far :p

Oh yeah as said above you will also want to go with 64 bit vista. Guys above are right. You have a great system so far and apparently crisis is going to run best on 64 bit dx10 systems.

Well so far the only qualms I have with your build is the powersupply. Never owned an antec to be honest with you, but I'm positive that it has multi 12v rails. Plus, on the website under specifications they dont' even tell you what the amp's per rail are. LAME. Thats truly all that matters: the amount of amps on the 12v rail(s).

The powersupply is the most important component in your system and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I mean that alone has the power to fry your whole system should a problem ensue. The build looks great but make sure to do research on the powersupply. Its huge!

Another vote for the PC Power & Cooling. I have it and I love it.

Also, it's probably best to get all WD disks if you really want the Raptor. For example replace the Seagate 750 GB with two WD5000AAKS disks and get 1 TB for less money and with only WD drivers loaded.

If you really want a killer PC case then I recommend the SilverStone TJ09. It is close to $300.- dollars at NewEgg but will be the last case you buy, heres a picture. Its better to get one mean power supply then getting two because of the heat from both PSU's. Good luck on you new PC build. :D

Oh yes. I spent CAD $330, it was the most expensive case in the store, but worth every penny.

It's got room for 6 hard disks, 4 DVD-RWs and a 3.5" device (card reader, whatever). Mind you, most motherboards allow only 8 SATA devices so you won't even need that much space. It comes with two 20 dB fans and if you add three S-Flex fans you get something quiet and well cooled. Plenty of room for a Scythe Ninja and an 8800 GTX for example, so I guess any cooler and video card would fit.
Highly recommended

The only problem I had with it is that sometimes it's a pain to get the cables all the way to the drives. The case is really big... I managed somehow to get 3 HDD and 2 DVD-RW in there without buying any special cables, but it took a bit of thinking and experimenting.

I think there are are versions without a window, not sure. Mine has a window, not that I really wanted one :)
